I help drive people-centred technology design innovation through research, leadership, consulting and advisory roles.

With a background in film, music, design, HCI and Ergonomics, I have a wealth of experience in research and design roles including an exciting 15 years working in the innovation and futures labs of global leaders and 15 years leading research and design teams. 

 

I have built new teams, research labs, programs and processes in a variety of different contexts; from large global corporations to small startups but the majority of my career has been in small, agile teams, moving fast while building lightweight processes, tools and design systems.
