I help drive people-centred technology design innovation through leadership, consulting and advisory roles in UX, research, design, strategy, leadership and transformation.

With a background in film, music, design, HCI and Ergonomics, I have a wealth of experience in research and design roles including an exciting 15 years working in the design innovation labs of global leaders and 14 years leading research and design teams. 

 

I have built new teams, programs and processes in a variety of different contexts; from large global corporations to small startups and innovation labs but the majority of my career has been in small, agile teams, moving fast while building lightweight processes, tools and design systems with little to no budget.
